Throughout the world, there are issues; issues that affect people and communities. In particular, families. A family is considered the uttermost important influence of a child. If either a lack of communication or connectedness or conflict occurs between each member, children can face serious health problems, such as stress and anxiety, depression and isolation. This essay, in particular, will look at the family type, of a two-parent family with at least one dependent child. However, if the anxiety continues to prosper, these attacks may occur, and in turn, it affects the functioning of their bodies, such as going crazy and increasing, the likelihood of developing other health concerns, including heart attacks and other serious diseases. In addition, it is clear that the teenagers need help in developing effective strategies that will help them overcome the anxiety, and further decrease their chances of experiencing an anxiety attack, as well as changing their attitudes towards doing their jobs. The best way to do so is through counselling. Although there are many professional services that offer counselling, such as Relationships Australia, Kids Help Line, and Headspace, there are also the services within schools. All the teenagers who were surveyed stated that their schools did have a counselling service, but none of them took up the opportunity to see them. In addition, their reasons for not seeing them were mainly because they were afraid that going would make them look weak and increase the chances of being bullied; and because they felt that the counsellor would tell their parents about everything that
